This Privacy Policy explains how Yaumi (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). By using Yaumi, you agree to the practices described below.
With your permission, we collect your device's geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) to calculate accurate daily prayer times for your location. See Section 4.
Subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing. We do not receive, process, or store your financial or credit card information. We only receive and retain information regarding your subscription status and a transaction reference identifier to manage your account access.
Language preference, theme setting, onboarding/tutorial status, and notification preferences, stored locally on your device and/or on our servers.
We do not collect data from device contacts, microphone, SMS, or your photo library beyond files you explicitly choose to attach.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
When you choose “Sign in with Google”, authentication is handled through a secure OAuth flow. We request only your basic profile information: name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture, used solely to create and identify your account.
You can revoke Yaumi's access at any time in your Google Account security settings, and you can permanently delete your account from within the App or via our web deletion page (Section 9).
Location is used for one purpose only: to calculate accurate Islamic prayer times for your geographic position.
You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
The App offers optional AI features that suggest tasks and build goal plans. When you use these features, the text you enter (such as a goal or task description) is sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate suggestions. We do not send your name, email, password, payment details, or precise location to the AI provider for this purpose. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information into AI input fields.
Subscriptions are processed exclusively by Google Play In-App Billing and are subject to Google's terms and privacy policies. We never receive or store your credit card or financial details on our servers; we only receive confirmation of the active subscription status.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, tasks, goals, schedules, logs, statistics, categories, and associated data from our active systems. This action is irreversible.
Yaumi is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
In line with the Google Play Families Policy, we do not knowingly collect data from children, do not use such data for personalized advertising, and limit data collection to what is necessary for the App's core functionality.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise the deletion right directly through the App or our web deletion page (Section 9), or contact us for other requests. We honor applicable rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA (California).
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
